HAFIZH Syahrin Abdullah will continue competing in the Moto2 division of the World Championships next year.
His manager Razmin Masli confirmed that Hafizh has secured a seat with an intermediate class team for next season.
"Negotiations with the team for next season have already concluded, and Hafizh will remain in Moto2," said Razmin, who declined to name the team.
"His new team will be based in Europe. An official announcement will be made soon.
"Now that his future is secured, we hope Hafizh can do better in the remaining three rounds this year."
The Ampang-born rider is riding for Kipin Energy Aspar Team this season.
Hafizh's form this year on Aspar team's Speed Up chassis has been inconsistent, though showed some improvement in last week's Teruel GP where he finished 13th.
He had spent the previous two seasons (2018-19) with French premier class outfit Tech3.
