MAVCOM reports reduction in passenger complaints in 1H19

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has recorded a 5.6 per cent reduction in passengers’ grievances to 810 complaints in the first-half (1H) of 2019, from 858, lodged from a year ago.
