PUTRAJAYA: A large crowd of Pakatan Harapan MPs gathered at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters here Tuesday (July 10) for a day-long briefing session on governance, integrity and anti-corruption.
The programme, which is the first of its kind, will also be attended by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, his deputy Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Cabinet members.
Dr Mahathir is scheduled to give a special address while Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Centre (GIACC) director-general Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed will speak on its role and functions.
The MPs will listen to five sessions on asset declaration, acceptance of gifts, management and administration of allocations.
There will also be a session to brief them on offences under the MACC Act and the common offences committed by members of the administration.
